Preparing for Yoga Classes:

  • For first class arrive 10 minutes early to fill out a Waiver Form (1 form per year)
  • Wear clothing that you may move in comfortably
  • Bring drinking water and a yoga mat (a mat for yoga specifically)
  • Arrive 10 minutes before class, we will be starting on time
  • When you arrive at the house, walk right in, I'll be there to greet you
  • Cell phones should be placed in off position
  • Please, only yoga supplies and you are to enter the yoga studio…phones, purses and anything not related to yoga stays in the reception area
  • For a pleasurable yoga experience, please avoid solid foods 1.5 hours before class
  • Please Note: Classes may be cancelled due to instructor/family illness, or weather.
    We will endeavor to update website and/or send e-mails if these situations occur

If you have any questions regarding our style of practice at Sweetwaters Yoga, concerns about wether yoga is right for you, or anything else regarding yoga, please feel free to call or write, and I will do my very best to assist you in any way I can.


Registration with payment is accepted on and after due date… Missed classes can be “Made Up” at another class where space allows.
